Roof painting and restoration in Ulladulla

A tiled roof restoration is four jobs done in order: the roof is pressure cleaned back to bare tile, the ridge and hip capping is re-bedded where the mortar has gone and repointed with flexible pointing, broken and slipped tiles are swapped out, and the whole roof is sealed and coated with a roof membrane paint. Painting on its own, without the cleaning and capping work underneath, is the version that peels within a couple of seasons.
